How Do I Overcome Belly Fat,

exercise to burn belly fat
Abdominal fat is not only annoy your appearance. Even, a number of diseases ready to strike behind the stomach size that is not proportional in size than our bodies. Actually, the cause of a big stomach is comprised of two kinds of fat. First, the fat stored by our body under the skin or commonly known as subcutaneous fat. Secondly, the fat stored by our body in the abdominal cavity surrounding organs in the abdomen, called visceral fat.

Visceral fat which is located around the stomach is a source of free fatty acids that straight to liver via the portal vein (a large vein that carries blood from the intestines to the liver). This fat is relatively resistant to insulin function (a hormone that regulates carbohydrate metabolism). The amount of visceral fat was correlated with the level of one's stomach fat. The more visceral fat you have, then the more bloated your stomach will be.

Among those two types of belly fat, then the visceral fat is more dangerous. Because, it is related to metabolism such as insulin resistance, diabetes, and blood circulatory system. The more bloated someone's stomach, the more likely of insulin resistance. This condition can lead to several diseases such as coronary heart disease, stroke, some types of cancer, type 2 diabetes.

How Do I Overcome Belly Fat,

1. Eat healthy fats

Believe it or not, low-fat diet program will not eliminate belly fat. Things you need to do is stop eating plain rice and replace it with whole-grain bread. Eat healthy fats like avocado and olive oil.

2. Fulfill what the body wants

A study of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that people who follow body wants when hungry tend to eat less in a given time period. When someone really wants to eat a cheeseburger, maybe he/she will eat for a few days and then the body will feel bored and reduce demand for such food. Make sure the food portions are not excessive.

3. Adjust the meal portions

Someone who make daily meal portions reduced by 25 percent, then their weight will be reduced up to 15 pounds in 8 weeks. Similarly, on weekends, those who are able manage their eating pattern can reduce weight significantly.

4. Sit-ups do not remove fat

Any number of sit-ups you do, it will not eradicate fat in the abdomen. Sit ups will strengthen the muscles but difficult to burn fat. Conversely, you must perform a thorough workout in large muscles such as legs, shoulders, chest etc. in order to maximize the fat burning process.

5. Increase your cardio workout

You can speed up the fat burning process with a cardio workout. Running or aerobics helps burn excess calories when balanced by limiting bad fats consumed.

6. Enough sleep

Lack of sleep will make your metabolism slows down and then making it harder to burn fat. Whereas excess sleep causes the body to become passive and lazy to move thus triggering the accumulation of fat faster.

7. Stop drinking soda (even labeled as "Soda Diet")

10 year study conducted by the University of Texas states that people who regularly drink soda actually obese faster than those who do not. This is due to the artificial sweetener that can make your stomach fat faster and easier to feel hungry. Replace soda beverages with tea or pure lemon.

8. Meditation

Did you know that the stress hormone cortisol decreases when you meditate, Yes, the stress hormone cortisol is a cause of belly fat also. So, avoid stress. Do more meditate to calm your mind and soul. Only 15 minutes a day is enough.

9. Sugar consumption

Eating sweet foods is a lifestyle of most people. But you can choose the right sweetness. Fruit has natural sugar, as well as honey. When you eat sugary foods such as crisps and plain rice, then most of the calories will turn into belly fat.

10. Work Out Smarter, Not Harder

Once your stomach fat begin to decrease, it's time to start abdominal exercises. Toned stomach muscles will help you look more fit and fresh.
